TRC-20 vs ERC-20 - why it matters

USDT exists on multiple blockchains. A TRC-20 address and an ERC-20 address can look similar but they're completely separate networks. Sending to the wrong one usually means permanent loss. The tool auto-detects the network from the address format - Tron starts with T, Ethereum with 0x.

About the sanctions check

We check addresses against OFAC and other sanctions databases. If an address is flagged, you'll see a warning. Sanctions lists update constantly so treat it as a signal, not a guarantee - but it's a useful check before a large transaction.
